We are seeking a talented individual to join our Account Coordinator team at Marsh. This role will be based in Austin, Texas. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Our Account Coordinator opportunity will open the doors to a career with one of the leading global insurance brokerage and risk management firms - THAT'S US! You will be an essential part of our highly skilled team during the client policy renewal process, ensuring timely and consistent communications and process flow from the internal renewal strategy meeting through policy issuance.This role is intended to prepare you for expanded complexity within 12-18 months. After that time, you will be expected to transition to an Account Representative role.

We will count on you to:

• Collaborate directly with senior members of our client support team to provide top service to our clients.
• Assist Client Representatives with gathering and formatting client renewal information, including loss run information, exposure documents, specifications, transparency documents, proposals, and premium allocations.
• Manage and record client and carrier communications in a document repository to ensure timely follow-up and review by the client team.
• Prepare and issue invoices or documents for the centralized billing unit.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of professional services experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Availability for working hours that support all US regions.

• Knowledge of Excess and Surplus lines regulations.
