We are seeking a dedicated and organized Account Manager and Dispatcher to join our clients' sales team in Richardson, TX. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in dispatching, call center operations, or account management. This role involves managing client accounts, coordinating dispatch services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management:
  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
  • Assist in contract renewals and upselling additional services to existing clients.
• Dispatching:
  
  • Coordinate and schedule service requests from clients.
  • Dispatch maintenance and repair teams to client locations in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the progress of dispatched teams and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Update clients on the status of their service requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, dispatch activities, and client interactions.
• Customer Service:
  
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from clients professionally and courteously.
  • Ensure all client communications are logged and documented in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or account management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
