Location: Detroit, MI (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Type: 6+ Contract

Contract - Only W2

JOB DESCRIPTION

Must haves:

- Accounts Payable (A/P) experience, specifically with Oracle A/P module = perfect candidate

- STRONG Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables, etc.

- 3-5+ years of experience at a minimum

Highly Preferred:

- Equipment Leasing Accounting experience (here it is mostly IT, medical equipment, etc.)

As a key contributor in our Equipment Leasing Accounting Group, this position will review some of the complex reconciliations, perform research and analysis of various accounting data.

Day to day responsibilities:

- Review and approve equipment funding requests

- Submit and approve cash disbursement activities

- Prepare journal entries

- Reconcile bank account and other balance sheet accounts

- Communicate findings to management

- They will be heavily involved in the month end closing process

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Must Have

• Accounts Payable (A/P) experience, specifically with Oracle A/P module = perfect candidate

• Excel

Nice To Have

• Equipment Leasing Accounting experience
