Our recruiting firm is partnered with a law firm in Boca Raton to find them an Accounting Specialist. This is a well-established company over an excellent benefits package and growth opportunities.

This law firm is looking for a degreed, entry-level candidate that has an interest and desire to develop their accounting skills. The pay rate is firm at $20 per hour.

Job Summary

• Process and post payments accurately
• Monitor due date schedule closely to avoid late fees
• Maintain clear and complete vendor files
• Research and resolve vendor inquiries
• Code, track, and batch invoices for processing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from an accredited college in the United States
• Ability to commute daily to Boca Raton
