Accounting Systems Administrator

We are assisting our client, a real estate investment firm, in their search for an Accounting Systems Administrator. This role will support their corporate accounting team. This role involves managing and maintaining accounting information systems that aid in compliance and financial record-keeping. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure these systems function effectively and help meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign user access in accounting systems based on roles, regularly reviewing and updating permissions as needed.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of account code mappings within the systems.
• Work with system users across different departments to address any issues and ensure the tools are functioning properly.
• Help develop and deliver training materials for end users, providing support to enhance their understanding of the systems.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements, test enhancements, and implement changes.
• Communicate updates about the systems and share best practices through workshops and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
