One of our industry leading clients is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager to join their growing organization and take on a role where they will manage, as well as help build out the team as the company continues to grow and expand. This role provides great opportunities for growth, new challenges and offers a competitive compensation package + bonus!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and streamline the accounts receivable process to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
• Monitor customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and minimize outstanding debts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the AR team to achieve departmental goals and foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable (AR) management or a similar role within a large organization
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and team development
