Administrative Assistant

Join our dynamic renewable energy team as an Account Engineering Assistant. You'll contribute to sustainability studies across Hydro-Electric, Hydro Plants, Large Scale Solar Farms, Onshore Wind, and Energy Storage projects. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a high-energy, start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in enhancing process efficiencies.
• Gather information and data from field and site visits conducted by the Account Engineering team.
• Manage risk reports, risk assessments, and reporting spreadsheets.
• Provide logistical support for the engineering team (up to 12 members), including heavy calendar management.
• Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerBI.
• Create PDF images and graphs.
• Develop visual PowerPoint presentations that bring data to life (both analytical and creative aspects).
• Perform some manual reporting tasks.
• Use Microsoft Teams extensively.

Skills Required:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerBI.
• Strong organizational and logistical skills.
• Ability to create visually appealing and informative presentations.
• Excellent data gathering and analytical skills.
• Experience with risk management and reporting.
• High proficiency in using Microsoft Teams.
