Job Summary:
Everest Global Services, Inc., a member of the Everest Re Group, Ltd, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in our Warren, NJ office, to support the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the C-Suite level. This job is based in Warren, NJ.
This is a part-time position working 20-25 hours per week.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with Senior Executive Assistant and C-Suite Executive Assistants. You are adaptable in a fast-paced and demanding environment. You are also comfortable with new technologies and must become well versed in Everest's applications and technology solutions.
In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills. As the Administrative Assistant, it is imperative that you understand our culture and demonstrate our core values daily. You will showcase the utmost level of professionalism and confidentiality. And lastly, you are resourceful and effective by getting things done with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the Senior Executive Assistant by performing various administrative tasks (i.e., preparing and reviewing expense reports, review and prepare invoices for processing, all aspects of meeting preparation and coordination).
Qualifications:
- At least five years' experience is preferred
- Must be self-motivated, detail orientated, and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills and must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience in project management and/or event coordination
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
- Very professional and stays calm under pressure
- Extremely detailed and meticulous
- Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of Concur
- Tech savvy and ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; Keeps pace with new technologies to make the workplace more efficient and effective
- Ability to adhere to complete confidentiality on all business matters
- Must have a strong work ethic and be accessible, as needed, flexibility outside of core work hours
- Knowledge of private and commercial travel
