Ultimate Staffing is hiring! We are seeking Administrative Professionals for a DIRECT HIRE role in Silver Spring, MD. This position requires compassionate and empathetic candidates. The pay is $41-45k annually. This position will require the candidate to work every other Saturday with a day off during the week on these weeks. The hours are 8:00am-4:30pm. Medical, dental and vision are fully paid by the employer! This position is fully in office.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide compassionate assistance to families, visitors, and vendors. Address inquiries, guide individuals during visits, and ensure a positive experience.Work closely with families and funeral directors to coordinate burial services. Ensure all necessary preparations are made for interments, including plot coordination, equipment setup, and documentation.Maintain accurate and organized records of interments, lot ownership, and other pertinent information. Utilize cemetery management software for efficient record-keeping.Assist in processing financial transactions related to plot sales, interments, and monument installations. Ensure accuracy in record-keeping and financial reporting.Requirements:Previous experience in cemetery services, funeral services, or related field ideal.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.Sensitivity to cultural and religious practices related to burial and remembrance.Valid driver's license required.
