Job Title: Analyst - Meter Services
Department: Customer Service
Reports to: Supervisor - Field Customer Service
Location: In Office, Kirkwood NY
The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from: $62,964 - $78,705
MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):
- Ensure all MV90 data available for download into SAP for billing
- Works closely with other departments to provide MV90 data for the billing of large high- profile accounts (MHP, Interval Data, PV) and NYISO reporting.
- Identify and pursue resolution of phone line issues and schedule manual data retrieval to ensure timely billing.
- Works closely with other Avangrid MV90 teams
- Supports the implementation of system changes and assist with the development of new processes. Activities may include but are not limited to: Development of new processes, testing and implementation, and system interfaces to other work processes.
- Supports major/critical projects and the development of strategies and plans to achieve key corporate objectives.
- Supports meter reading - monitors system performance, reports/troubleshoots issues, and completes system testing as needed, maintains hardware inventory, and troubleshoots handheld issues, POC for meter reading system access
- Supports Billing Department on an as needed basis
- Performs storm role
Skills and Requirements
- Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience preferred.
- High School Diploma with 7 years relevant experience required.
- Experience with customer service policies, practices, filed rate tariffs, and billing
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
- Strong decision making, analytical, problem solving, and negotiating skills
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office products and SAP-CCS
