RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has client that is seeking an Accounts Payable/ServiceNow Support Administrator in Sandy Springs, GA.Summary:The AP Support Admin is responsible for managing and optimizing the Accounts Payable (AP) customer service functions through ServiceNow. This role involves handling and categorizing support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of AP-related issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and continuously improving support processes. The AP Support Admin plays a crucial role in streamlining AP operations, enhancing efficiency, and supporting the financial health of the organization.Key Responsibilities:Ticket Management and Categorization:
  • Monitor and Manage Tickets: Oversee the AP Help ServiceNow queue to ensure all incoming support tickets are addressed promptly and efficiently; Assign tickets to appropriate team members based on expertise, priority, and workload
  • Categorize and Prioritize: Develop and maintain a comprehensive categorization scheme for AP-related issues (e.g., Invoicing, Payments, Vendor Management); Assign priority levels (High, Medium, Low) to tickets based on urgency and business impact
ServiceNow Administration (Preferred):
  • Knowledge Base Management: Develop and maintain a knowledge base with articles addressing common AP issues; Ensure seamless integration of the knowledge base with ServiceNow to provide users with self-service options
  • Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Analyze Support Data; Monitor and analyze ticket data to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for process improvement
  • Implement Best Practices: Continuously refine categorization schemes, workflows, and support processes based on data insights and feedback
  • Enhance Efficiency: Identify and implement opportunities to automate routine tasks and streamline AP support operations


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, preferred
  • Proven experience in Accounts Payable and customer service support
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management (ITSM) tools
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow functionalities, including ticket management, workflow automation, and reporting
  • Familiarity with AP systems and financial software (e.g., ERP systems like SAP, Oracle)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Certifications (Preferred):
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or similar certifications
  • ITIL Foundation certification


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
