Art Director

Our client is seeking a talented Art Director to lead creative initiatives for their Luxury Brands. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft impactful marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement with high-end audiences. As a key member of the team, you’ll manage both internal and external creative resources while ensuring brand consistency across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a creative team to deliver exceptional marketing solutions across print, digital, social media, TV, and more.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and senior leadership to develop creative strategies aligned with the client’s luxury positioning.
• Oversee and guide external agencies and freelancers, ensuring the highest quality of creative work.
• Leverage insights to refine strategies and optimize campaign performance.
• Stay current on industry trends and apply innovative approaches to design.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in luxury design, marketing, or advertising, with 3+ years leading or managing creative teams.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and pre-/post-production for luxury photo and video shoots.
• Proven ability to communicate creative vision to senior leadership and collaborate across teams.
• Background in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands, with an understanding of messaging and visual identity for high-end audiences.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in luxury marketing or design agencies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing luxury brand work and campaign development.
• Knowledge of social trends and emerging digital technologies.
