An established San Diego law firm is seeking an experienced Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury Attorney to join its dedicated team. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking to bring their expertise in personal injury law to a firm that values professional growth, accountability, and innovation.

Position Details:
This attorney will manage a variety of personal injury cases, with the potential to work on employment law cases as well. While employment law experience is a bonus, it's not required. The firm provides strong support, including a dedicated paralegal, to ensure attorneys can focus on effective case handling.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary Range: $125K-$190K

Bonuses:
Contingency-based bonus: 30% of team settlements
New Case Bonus: Additional incentives for securing cases
Annual Performance Bonus: Based on case settlements and outcomes
Benefits Package:

Health Insurance: 100% coverage (Blue Cross/Platinum/HMO)
401(k) with Matching: One-year vesting period
Unlimited PTO: Encouraged for reasonable use

Client Work:
The role involves working with a diverse client base in personal injury law, including cases involving children and seniors, and occasional employment cases.
