Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking a Benefit and Leave Specialist to support a healthcare technology company. This position is 100% remote. For immediate consideration eamil your resume to rkissinger@judge.com.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Administering and managing employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
• Overseeing leave of absence programs, including FMLA, parental leave, medical leave, and other company-provided time off.
• Coordinating with third-party benefits vendors and insurance carriers to ensure accurate enrollments, claims processing, and issue resolution.
• Educating employees on available benefits, leave policies, and enrollment processes, as well as managing open enrollment periods.
• Processing leave requests, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local leave laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA), and tracking leave balances.
• Maintaining and updating employee records in HR systems and benefits administration platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2 plus years of experience administering benefits and leave programs within a mid size or larger company
• High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
