We are an independent, multi-family office providing integrated tax, accounting, business and wealth management services to professional athletes, entrepreneurs, entertainment industry professionals and their families. Qualifications:

• 2+ years Bookkeeping experience
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
• Preparing financial statements, journal entries, and Month-End/Year-End close
• GAAP
• Vendor invoicing and processing
• Bank and Account reconciliations
• Familiarity with general ledgers
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel and LastPass (plus, not a requirement)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
