Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:
The Business Analyst position may support more than one project or be assigned to special projects at any time. The business analyst serves as the conduit between the program/customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow. This BA will be involved at some level throughout the entire software development life cycle. Upon establishment of the requirements baseline, the focus is shifted towards the management of the requirements specification and verifying the fulfillment of all requirements, including requirements for enhancements post-implementation.
 
Required Skills for the Business Analyst:

  • 8+ years’ experience as an SDLC Business Analyst
  • 8+ years’ experience designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
  •  Porfessional experience working for TEA or another state or local education agency
