RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Business Analyst to join a team that will develop marketing and growth investments to drive sign-up, adoption, and usage for consumers, across mobile, web and desktop endpoints. This role will support the client's consumer rhythm of business (ROB) and initiative reporting needs. The Business Analyst will be responsible for ensuring marketing campaigns and initiatives are effectively tracked, establishing and optimizing reporting assets, analyzing and sharing performance of growth initiatives and populating views for stakeholder updates.Responsibilities:- Build formalized intake process for campaigns (CGE, social, etc.), including structured campaign naming/tracking
- Establish source of truth for campaign details incl. name, medium, owner, etc.
- Build custom, trackable links for incoming campaigns using Adjust for mobile campaigns and form codes for web/desktop campaigns
- Ensure teams are correctly using links (and fallback links) to track campaigns and proactively manage database of tracking links with campaign owners
- Ensure campaign reporting dashboards have the necessary dimensions (filters, geos, metrics, etc.) for teams to properly analyze campaign performance & generate valuable insights/actions
- Ensure campaign naming properly functions in dashboard & provides right data to right customers; Proactively propose and implement optimizations
- Deliver formalized, standardized, digestible reporting to partner teams on an agreed-upon cadence for use in campaign analysis & action development
- Leverage existing dashboards and data sources to compile and analyze data to inform growth strategy as required
- Analyze survey and behavioral data to uncover customer sentiment and usage trends, including analysis of Lifecycle User Experience data on a monthly basis
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of project management or business analyst experience
- Experience managing business representation processes and performance goals
- Experience working in technology industry focused on consumer or enterprise products (Consumer products preferred)
- Proficient in SQL
- Proficient in Titan, Looker, or another Business intelligence tool
- Experience using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with Excel
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
