The Business Process Analyst is responsible to ensure the accurate completion of SAP-based Order Management Process (OMP) change requests and tickets. This includes documenting the needs and requirements of the engine business community as well as designing, testing, and implementing logical solutions to break fixes & enhancements in SAP-based Order Management Process (OMP). This position supports the Engine "quote to invoice" process and works closely with business partners in Product groups, Industries, IT (Information Technology), tax, accounting, order fulfillment and transportation as an SME for the order management processes.

What You Will Do:

  • Support internal and external customers with engine quotes, orders, deliveries and billing documents
  • Analyze information to provide a recommendation for SAP enhancements
  • Document and communicate business issues to a technical team so issues may be routinely identified and resolved.
  • Provide support for Customer Solution Quoter (Dealer Ordering tool), Sales and Distribution (SD), Design to Order (DTO), and OMP interfaces.
  • Document and maintain business process documentation for unique ordering scenarios
  • Reduce work-around processes to simplify and standardize quote to invoice processes.
What You Have:
  • Advanced analytical skills; ability to adapt to multiple cultures and countries; strong influencing skills and intellectual curiosity
  • Good communication skills: ability to simplify complex information and develop clear communications and presentation materials to a variety of audiences
  • Knowledge working with ordering systems (preferably SAP)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience in roles related to sales, marketing, information technology or business development that include, but not limited to: Order Management, Experience designing, leading business processes or Project Management
Top Candidates Will Also Have :
  • Experience with Lean principles and practices
  • Experience with tools like Power BI, MS Forms or other MS tools
Additional Info :
  • This position will be located in our Mossville, IL office
  • This role is a Hybrid position and currently requires 3 days a week in office
  • Domestic relocation assistance is available for those who qualify
  • Sponsorship is not available
  • International and Domestic travel up to 5%
