Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Develop the Business Analysis and Project Management Process
    • Ensure that all projects are properly documented, which includes a business case, business requirements, and implementation plan, maintaining document requirements for project managers and business owners. Document, obtain approval, and track all changes in project scope. Close all project documentation and archive appropriate records.
    • Evaluate and establish strategy to analyze problems and provide workable solutions. Track and report progress and forecast final delivery targets.
    • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
    • Shares knowledge and educates others in the areas of project management and business analysis.
    • Managing the Technology Project Portfolio.
  • Manage Training Material for Internally Created Systems
    • Maintain and create training manuals and videos.
  • Maintain and expand knowledge base in area of expertise.
    • Attend courses to develop and keep skills and knowledge current.
    • Comply with continuing education requirements.
    • Increase efficiencies, technical ability and interpersonal skills.
  • Other duties • Special projects as requested

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required in a specialized field such as accounting, business, finance, industrial engineering, computer science, management information systems, or a related field.
  • 3-4 year's experience required
  • Course in the area of Project Management or Business Analysis.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects.
  • Attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
