Description:
Position Title: Capability Manager - Messaging

Work Location: 100% Remote

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm CST

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience with claim management
• Knowledge of claim adjudication platforms
• Experience with claim attachment/medical record capabilities that leverage technology to improve operational quality and reduce provider administrative burden

Responsibilities:

• Drive capability vision, strategy, priority, and roadmap, engaging appropriate enterprise-wide stakeholders to enable awareness and alignment.
• Manage the capability and its usage across businesses throughout the lifecycle, using a defined development process.
• Maintain awareness of broad market trends, with a deep understanding of relevant business and/or product strategies and related use cases.
• Partner with stakeholders to enable successful prioritization, development, delivery, and adoption of the capability.
• Manage ongoing capability performance, expansion, financial health, roadmap, and lifecycle decisions.
• Serve as the capability champion, applying deep expertise to credibly represent, manage, and engage with businesses.

• Demonstrates understanding of business strategies, related market needs, and client insights to inform planning.
• Establishes relationships with internal businesses for the adoption of capabilities for the broadest impact.
• Understands the capability lifecycle and how to manage an individual capability or support multiple capabilities across each phase, applying prioritization within the scope of work.
• Familiar with the defined external product development process and understands engagement points for capability integration.
