RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a CCTV Support in Daytona Beach, FL.Summary:This company has rolled out CCTV for loss prevention and this is rolled out across the country. They will be responsible for the ServiceNow process (will have tickets for when footage is needed, cameras are out). The candidate will be communicating with branches and troubleshoot, setup, reset, and triage issues.As such the client will need a temporary resource to man a CCTV request line for assistance including:Learn the CCTV system and how to:- Set up access
- Remove access
- Pull video
- Assist with setting up new cameras by coordinating with our 3rd parties to schedule
REQUIREMENTS:
Tech - Must have:- CCTV - OpenEye (plus here, but not required)
- Set up access
- Remove access
- Pull video
- Assist setting up new cameras, coordinating with 3rd party to schedule
- Ability to learn the tool and pull reports
- ServiceNow
- Excel
- PM or coordination background
- Enterprise: Complexity, Scale (Very Large), Publicly Traded Multi-tiered Orgs
- Size Org: Small to Mid-Companies
- Good phone communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Troubleshoot outages with IT/3rd parties (vendor)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
