Job Description Summary
The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for a position as a Noninvasive Cardiologist at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania at Cedar (HUP Cedar)

This position will include both inpatient and outpatient Consultative Cardiology at our HUP Cedar location. Opportunities to read noninvasive studies and to connect with programs on the HUP main campus are also available based on level of training and interest. Applicants must have an M.D. or D.O. degree, and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education, teaching, and clinical care.

Teaching opportunities will be available with medical residents and medical students. As a member of the Associated Faculty, the candidate must participate in a minimum of 50 hours per year of active and high quality teaching or equivalent service. Applicants must also be board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Medicine.

This position presents a unique opportunity for a candidate with an interest in affecting the delivery of care in a community setting with easy access to the robust resources of a university cardiology program. The demands of the practice also provide a quite desirable work/life balance.
