Summary: Provides overall direction and supervision of the organization's Continuing Medical Education (CME) function; establishes learning opportunities for physician CME activities using computer-based training and technologies; manages database system to track all facets of conference planning certified by ACCME accreditation; plans meetings; supervises employees. The salary range for this position is $68,523 - $87,032 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package. The listed pay range reflects the range of potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
Qualifications:Required Education and Experience
1. Master's degree in an appropriate field and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in the development, organization and/or delivery of staff training programs in a hospital or academic and research medical center including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity; or
2. Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in the development, organization and/or delivery of staff training programs in a hospital or academic and research medical center including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity.
NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
