Primary Location:2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, Texas, 75074We are searching for candidates that meet the required qualifications and experience and are able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.Job Summary:The Residential Life Coordinator (RLC) will assist the Student Housing Operations director by incorporating residential life into the housing program. By facilitating the social, academic, and personal adjustment to campus living, the RLC will develop a positive sense of community among residents. Primary responsibilities will include: living on site*, implementation and facilitation of residential education; crisis response and on-call responsibilities; collaboration with institutional partners, Student Housing Operations and staff, and Student and Enrollment Services; and referring student housing conduct cases to the Student Housing Operations director and/or Dean of Students. This position will report to the Student Housing Operations director.
*A housing stipend will be provided.Required Qualifications:

Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly having to move objects. Requirements
Associate degree from an accredited institution. Two (2) years of residential life experience.
Must be able to work varied/rotating shifts: days, evenings, weekends, and deep nights.
Equivalency Language
At least two (2) additional years of directly related experience may be substituted to meet the degree requirement.
