LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking a part-time Custodian to support its contract to provide facility operations, maintenance, and janitorial support located at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, Silver Spring MD . Position requires cleaning and maintaining interior and exterior areas. Hourly Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour. Part Time Working Days/Hours: Friday, Saturday and Sunday / 11:00pm-7:30am.

• Minimum (2) years' experience in general commercial cleaning.

• Floor care skills including carpet, vinyl/tiling treatment, and working with all-purpose cleaning.

• Stripping, waxing, and buffing experience highly desired.

• Must be able to obtain/maintain access to the facility.
