The Opportunity

As a Customer Experience Rep with Tradebe, you will work closely with the Sales team to provide quality customer service to all of Tradebe's internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all customer inquiries, issues, and concerns within a designated region
  • Assist customers in their use of the Tradebe Customer Portal
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Handle incoming customer calls and conduct cold calling as necessary
  • Coordinate with the transportation team to schedule and confirm appointments for customer pickups and delivery
  • Address and resolve issues related to load discrepancies
  • Review profiles and manifests to ensure compliance with DOT and RCRA regulations
  • Provide quotes for potential waste streams
  • Submit new customer contract pricing to the pricing team and update prices for current customers as necessary
  • Assist the Billing team to ensure accurate invoicing
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong skillset in professional communication, collaboration, and organization
  • Friendly demeanor and a service-oriented approach
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, particularly in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven proficiency in multitasking while maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to read, understand, and apply common operational documents, SOPs, and waste manifests
  • Knowledge of RCRA is preferred
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Excel is preferred
  • Familiarity with SAP is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite systems is beneficial
