RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a talented Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, AZ. This Customer Service Representative will be heavily focused in a bank setting handling member debt calls and resolutions.Job Duties may include:
  • Customer Service Representative will use established procedures and job experience to carry out and resolve moderately complex to complex work assignments and conducts member research as necessary
  • Serves as a resource to less experienced team members
  • Contacts members in all stages of delinquency and across all Client product lines through automated and manual outbound dialing; Receives inbound collections and general servicing calls
  • Under limited supervision, performs individual member needs assessment to quickly determine the member's reason for delinquency and provide customized solutions and advice to improve their financial security
  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will negotiate mutually satisfactory payment arrangements
  • Actively uses and educates members on the debt analyzer and money manager tools on client website
  • Completes required account verification, account maintenance, and documents all contact and collection attempts


REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent
  • High attention to detail
  • Working with open dialogue and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Previous professional experience in a financial industry is a plus
Details:
  • Assignment Start Date: January 6, 2025
  • Assignment End Date: Contract is 6 months to 1 year
  • Must attend in person training, 8 weeks of classroom and another several weeks of floor training and shadowing others
  • Hours: First 4 weeks is 730-4 PM M-F; Next 4 weeks is TBD; Remaining time you are able to create your schedule
  • May graduate to work a split shift and may pick most working hours; Example, work 4 hours in the morning and then work 3-11 PST shift is an example
  • You must be onsite for all training, missing one day is very difficult to catch up


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
