Position Summary:
The Analyst, Data Science will join the Business Intelligence & Analytics team to apply data science methodology and advanced analytics techniques to various analytics projects, including Demand Generation, Sales Forecasting, Digital Analytics, Data Analytics, Customer Segmentation, etc. A successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets, identify financial trends, and tackle sophisticated problems with critical thinking and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
A strong candidate will:
- Use appropriate models, algorithms and internal/external data assets to provide solutions/insights to dedicated business problems
- Explain sophisticated data science concepts and communicate output to in an understandable manner
- Effectively respond to requests for ad hoc analyses.
- Design, implement, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models to forecast sales trends, customer behavior, and emerging market opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and predictive modeling using Python, R, and other programming languages, working with tools like TensorFlow, PySpark, and Alteryx.
- Build data pipelines, clean and preprocess data, and leverage feature engineering for model performance enhancement.
- Data model outcomes using Power BI to communicate sophisticated data findings to customers.
- Knowledge of UI/UX and web development is preferred.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to convey data insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

This Job Might Be A Good Fit if You:
- Bachelor' s degree in Data Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0-3 years implementing data science solutions in a business setting, preferably with healthcare or technology experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong critical thinking, logical thinking and problem-solving, with excellent business insight to identify business opportunities and solutions to business issues.
- Fluent in Python; experience & interests in AI, ML, Data Science would be preferred.
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, R, and experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow) and data manipulation libraries like Pandas, NumPy.
- Experience with data mining, statistical analysis, and advanced data modeling
- techniques, including machine learning models like Random Forest.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate technical information into
- actionable business insights.
- Detail-oriented with a proven track record to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
