Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Database Administrator:
We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our Scrum team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing user stories, addressing bugs, and managing technical debt while reviewing, updating, and developing PL/SQL code, including Oracle Spatial operations. You will integrate PL/SQL code into Azure DevOps, evaluate user requests for new features, and assist in data modeling, prototyping, and maintaining a data dictionary to ensure uniformity of definitions and standards.

Required Skills for Database Administrator:

  • 8+ years’ experience as a Database Administrator
  • Professional experience supporting the following: Oracle Spatial (dynamic segmentation, LRS, SDO), Oracle PL/SQL
  • Professional experience supporting an Esri ArcSDE integration with Oracle Spatial
  • Professional experience with version control systems (Azure DevOps, GIT, etc.)
