TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Comp TIA Network+ and A+ equivalent experience
- Computer and networking knowledge
- IT operations and desktop support
- Handle helpdesk ticket system
- Handle requests and tickets on vendor support
- Chrome OS experience
- Experience with Google Suite and docs
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook
- Apple is a optional plus.
SOFT SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and business acumen
- Good organizational and people skill
- Good phone skills
