Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Hybrid (3 days on-site at North Richland Hills, TX office, 2 days remote)
Openings: 12
Duration: 3-6 months, possibility of extensions (No opportunity for FTE conversion)
Job Summary: The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for supporting and maintaining organizational computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. This includes imaging, installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all organizational hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. The role also involves troubleshooting problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via incident tickets) in a timely and accurate manner and providing end-user assistance as required.
