Key Responsibilities:

• Independently lead and motivate cross-functional teams on a variety of digital projects
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverable outcomes
• Serve as a Scrum Master, leading effective Agile ceremonies and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
• Proactively monitor, report, and manage project changes, budget, and timeline risks
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels
• Foster a collaborative environment and resolve conflicts in a positive manner
• Leverage project management tools and systems to drive data-driven decisions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile and project management processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 1-2 years of Agile experience
• Proven track record of managing complex digital or e-commerce projects ($1M+, 9+ months)
• Exposure to a variety of project management methodologies, including Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams
• Proficient in using project management tools like Confluence, JIRA, or equivalents
• Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal), e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify), and Google Analytics is a plus
• CSM and PMP certifications are preferred but not required
