Director II, Business Improvement

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

The Director II, Business Improvement will be responsible for leading the clinical data CoE (Center of Excellence) which includes leading use case development, financial and use case reporting on the program, as well as drives the product roadmap for our Clinical Data Exchange pipeline.

How you will make an impact:

  • Oversees the financial planning processes and ensures timely submission of funding requests to the senior leadership team
  • Understands and leverages reporting tools and analytics to drive data informed decision making
  • Applies knowledge and expertise in Stars, risk adjustment, claims payment, and payment integrity to guide or enhance product
  • Oversees strategy and implementation of new products or product changes/enhancements
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 8 years of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
  • MBA
  • Healthcare and Clinical Data related experience
  • Experience with Stars, risk adjustment, claims payment, and payment integrity
