Our EHS Continuity Analyst is responsible for maintaining data collection and analysis as well as mitigating risks for employee health and safety and business continuity. This includes coordinating all efforts to protect SCRI from both known and unknown threats. The scope of this responsibility encompasses all SCRI facilities, employees, and patients. This position is based in Nashville, TN at our Corporate HQ and will work onsite.

The responsibilities in Occupational Health include:

  • Creating and distributing the monthly SCRI Operational Support Team Colleague Newsletter.
  • Coordinating with HR regarding employee injuries and medical treatments.
  • Managing the Safety Warden program, including training and compliance with NFPA regulations.
  • Conducting and training on hazard recognition and incident reporting.
  • Overseeing the incident management system, JJ Keller.
  • Inspecting workplace environments for OSHA/DOT/IATA compliance.
  • Other duties as assigned

The responsibilities in Business Continuity include:
  • Assist with BCP/Security functions in an emergency requiring collaboration with ICS, McKesson GSOC and BR teams and leading SCRI response and recovery efforts.
  • Assist with developing and educating security guidelines and procedures in support of Business Continuity processes at all SCRI sites.
  • Assist with development of policies and manage documentation related to security, safety, and business continuity.
  • Assist with coordination and conducting emergency preparedness training, drills, and exercises for employees and stakeholders.
  • Support the Director of Safety, Security and Emergency Management in coordinating response efforts during actual emergencies and crises

Qualifications and Experience needed include:
  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred, however, experience may be substituted for education
  • 3+ years' experience working within Occupational Health, Public Safety and Security, Risk Mitigation, Business Continuity and/or Disaster Recovery
  • Basic knowledge of hazard designations to support OSHA, IATA and DOT requirements and regulations.
  • Knowledge for teaching and instruction for individuals and/or group for CPR, First Aid, and AED for Adult and Pediatrics
  • Experience with examination and inspection of various systems and processes related to physical security, access controls and other risks. Ensuring that all departments comply with security standards, government regulations and general safety principles.
  • Experience and solid understanding of laws around surveillance, privacy, search, and seizure of all states where SCRI has a presence.
  • Experience and solid understanding of Incident Command Structures, event response coordination and recovery from natural or manmade disasters that effect the day-to-day operations of a business.
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong computer and analytical skills demonstrated ability to use MS Office, MS Project, and other systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, detail oriented and meticulous
