Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our expanding Energy team at one of the following Pond offices: Peachtree Corners, GA; Atlanta, GA; or Houston, TX. The successful candidate will work alongside our Energy Electrical team to support a wide range of projects for global clients in industries such as oil & gas, aviation fueling, and power and utilities. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical engineering solutions and contributing to multidisciplinary projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to electrical design projects across oil & gas, aviation fueling, power, and utilities sectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
• Provide electrical engineering solutions that adhere to client specifications, industry standards, and safety codes.
• Support project management efforts, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Travel to domestic and international project sites for on-site training, site assessments, and project support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• 3-10 years of professional experience, including internship experience.
• EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification preferred.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, SKM, and ETAP.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges within the electrical engineering field.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for project support.

Additional Information

Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Electrical Engineer II - Energy with a salary range of $65,600.00 - $116,000.00 .
