Job Description

Our CES team members are proactive, fast-paced problem-solvers who enjoy driving tasks & projects to completion. They enjoy being able to assist customers with superior service and go out of their way to ensure all questions and concerns are resolved immediately.

CES team members serve our customers with a positive attitude, utilizing technical knowledge. Team members will address questions and anticipate customer needs. A proactive thinking strategy is used to investigate and improve group procedures, practices, and performance.

Our CES team members are dedicated professionals that focus on ways to wow customers with outstanding support, courtesy, and knowledge.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.50 per hour


Qualifications

Experience level:

1-2 Years

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Customer Service within an office setting: 2 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Strongsville, OH 44149: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Additional Information

Candidates within commutable distance of our Fort Lauderdale, FL laboratory are eligible to apply. This role will be a full time role, first shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Monday - Friday.

Salary Range: $13-16.50 an hour with benefits, PTO and company matching 401K plan

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base salary of internal peers, business section, and geographic location
