Our client, a top global private equity company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a team in their NYC office. The hours are 8am-5pm and this role is hybrid with Monday-Thursday in the office and Friday remote.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively stay ahead of competing priorities and manage an extensive calendar of internal and external meetings
- Seamlessly coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements including airline reservations, ground transportation and hotel accommodations
- Manage passport and visa processing
- Allocate business invoices and process expenses
- Organize systems and processes for the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 10+ years of EA experience in a large environment
- Strong Microsoft Outlook proficiency and demonstrated experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized professional capable of juggling multiple priorities
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $150K base depending on experience + bonus
