Facilities Technician - Property Management in SE Portland

$24-27 per hr. (Depending on Experience Level)

About the Role:

Join a growing team in SW Portland as a Facilities Technician. You'll handle maintenance tasks, keeping the property in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks.
• Keep grounds and maintenance areas clean and organized.
• Ensure timely, high-quality work.

Additional Duties:

• Follow Fair Housing and Oregon Landlord-Tenant laws.
• Build positive relationships with residents.
• Manage your time effectively and adapt to schedule changes.
• Provide after-hours maintenance coverage as needed.
