We are seeking a Family Law Paralegals to join our client's growing team in a temp-to-perm capacity. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive legal environment with a clear path to permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide paralegal support in family law cases, including case preparation, legal research, and document drafting.
• Utilize MyCase (case management), Microsoft Office, Peachcourt, Westlaw, and LexisNexis for information gathering and legal research.
• Manage state e-filing processes.
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure timely completion of case-related tasks and meet the firm's billable hour requirements of 1600 annually.

Qualifications:

• Up to 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in family law.
• Proficient in MyCase, Peachcourt, Westlaw, LexisNexis, and state e-filing systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
