Field Support Analyst I

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and in office 3 days per week). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of our Pulse Point location in Meridian, ID.

The Field Support Analyst I is responsible for providing installation, repair and maintenance for desktop PC technologies and systems, including the hardware, operating systems, applications, and peripheral equipment.

How you will make an impact:

• Acts as technical support specialist for onsite and expanded team.
  
• Oversees asset management.
  
• Evaluates hardware and software issues and assists in identifying requirements for solutions.
  
• Provides basic training to users for new installations.
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires an AA/AS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 1 year experience with PC and operating systems; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  
• Requires Dell hardware certification.
  

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Prior experience as a technical specialist strongly preferred.
  
• Microsoft A+ and Network+ certifications strongly preferred.
  
• Experience with computer technology strongly preferred.
