RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a growing and well-established international manufacturer located along the Lakeshore is seeking to add a Financial Reporting & Systems Analyst to their corporate accounting team. They off great growth opportunity, leadership exposure, and benefits. This position will be on-site after training.Duties:- Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting within the company
- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems, including software and databases
- Analyzing financial data and preparing reports
- Identifying current trends
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with financial reporting systems
- Train and education accounting staff on financial reporting processes and systems
- Assist in financial audits
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in financial reporting
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Accounting degree
- MBA, CPA or CMA or equivalent is preferred
- Software: Financial modeling tools and databases, MS Excel, applications, Oracle Fusion Cloud or ERP preferred
- Strong Organizational and Interpersonal skills verbal and written
- Time Management skills ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadline
- Attention to detail
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
