Summary

This position is responsible for the day to day processing of financial commitments on behalf of the Department of Housing and Residence Life. This individual frequently uses University systems such as Banner, Cognos, SciQuest in their daily tasks. This position reports to the Assistant Director for Business Operations.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and two years' secretarial/administrative experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• More than two years' accounts payable/receivable experience with financial reporting exposure.
• Experience working in a University environment.
