Ultimate Staffing has a fantastic Front Desk Administrator role available in Rockville! This is a temp-to-hire or direct hire position. It is full-time and fully in office. This position is with a great accounting firm offering excellent benefits and company perks! Annual salary is $45-65k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction:
    • Warmly greet clients, visitors, and staff upon arrival, ensuring they are connected with the appropriate team members.
    • Efficiently answer and route all incoming phone calls to the correct staff members, handling inquiries professionally and courteously.
    • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional appearance.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to upper management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements as needed.
    • Assist management with a variety of projects, ranging from data entry and document preparation to research and event coordination.
  • General Office Duties:
    • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, word processing, and data entry, ensuring accuracy and organization.
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail, distribute correspondence, and assist with courier arrangements.
    • Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating needs and placing orders as necessary.
  • Special Projects:
    • Participate in various office-wide projects, contributing ideas and ensuring timely completion.
    • Assist with organizing client meetings, staff events, and other internal functions to support team cohesion.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Communication Skills:
    • Strong verbal communication abilities, with a polished and professional phone demeanor.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Organizational Skills:
    • Superior attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required.
    • Advanced keyboarding skills, with a typing speed of 70+ WPM and efficiency in using a 10-digit numeric keypad.
  • Adaptability and Work Ethic:
    • Ability to handle busy and changing environments with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
    • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a high degree of professionalism.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality, particularly with sensitive financial and client
