Position Summary:
The Office Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the office operates effectively. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized individual who enjoys contributing to a positive work culture. As a temp-to-hire role, it offers the potential for a permanent position based on performance and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment
Organize and maintain files, records, and office supplies
Prepare and manage documents, correspondence, and reports
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed
Assist with data entry, mail distribution, and other clerical duties
Support various departments with administrative tasks as requested

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
1+ years of administrative or office support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Friendly and professional demeanor with a team-oriented approach

Payrate- $18-22hr

Monday-Friday onsite only
