<div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">As a Geek Squad Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for the delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of basic complexity appliances, televisions and other tech. In this role, you'll determine the best way to deliver major appliances into homes and other delivery locations, including measuring and protecting areas in the installation route. You'll also decide whether any doors in the customer's home need to be detached or fixtures need to be moved. Internally, we refer to this role as a Delivery Experience Agent.<br><br><strong>What you'll do</strong></span></span></div><ul><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Attend to delivery duties, including the installation, networking and repair of devices with a focus on home theater equipment and appliances</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Provide a seamless client experience by providing advice on product placement, services and other content</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other team members</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Process paperwork and payment, provide feedback to the store teams and complete in-store repairs</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Provide training to new drivers</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Lead and assist on two person jobs as well as perform work alone</span></span></div></li></ul><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><strong>Basic qualifications</strong></span></span></div><ul><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">6 months consumer electronics delivery, integration, network or repair experience or military equivalent</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Current, valid driver's license</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Have and maintain a driving record that meets Best Buy's safety standards (e.g., minimal number of violations/accidents)</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Ability to carry, lift push and pull weight up to 350 pounds alone or up to 700 pounds as part of team, with the use of a harness, lift or dolly, with or without reasonable accommodation</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Must be at least 21 years old</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Acquire and maintain any state or local licensing, as required, within 90 days of being hired</span></span></div></li></ul><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong></span></span></div><ul><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Leadership, decision making, written and verbal communication and client relations skills</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Experience in an in-home installation environment</span></span></div></li><li><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Experience using and learning about technology products</span></span></div></li></ul><div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><strong>What's in it for you</strong><br><br>We're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
