HAYS Recruitment is currently partnered with one of the largest and most successful residential developers, owner/operators in the nation. With over 80,000 units in their growing portfolio worth over $57 billion, this role will allow you to work alongside some of the most experienced individuals in the multifamily space.

Your new role
As the General Manager, you will oversee the overall operations of 2 ultra-luxury rental buildings, around 300+ units each (700 units combined), in the Capital Riverfront neighborhood of Washington DC. The General Manager will be supported by an Assistant General Manager, Resident Services Coordinator, and a full maintenance team.

What you'll get in return
In addition to working with a renowned residential developer, owner/operator, the General Manager will be offered a salary of $120-130K, 20% bonus, 401K with a 50% match on up to 4%, tuition reimbursements, generous PTO plan, and a comprehensive health benefits package including medical, dental, vision, etc.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the General Manager position in Washington DC, candidates will possess the following:

• Strong background in residential property or hotel management (5+ years)
• Luxury hotel or residential experience preferred
• Well-versed in creating and analyzing budgets
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
