Location: Lake Forest, CA
Salary: $250,000.00 USD Annually - $350,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
An organization that is a leader in its field is looking for a Head of Tax for their Americas region.

In this role you will be leading the team that oversees tax compliance, planning and reporting for all income and indirect tax. This organization is looking for someone with experience developing and implementing tax strategies, leading research with changes in tax laws and providing guidance to other departments for tax related issues to name a few responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of corporate tax experience ideally coming from a software organization

To be considered for this position you should have the following:

15+ years of corporate tax experience

Deep understating of federal, state and local tax compliance

Experience implementing tax strategies to drive business

Strong experience with audits

Experience working in a software organization is a big plus

Comfortable with quarterly reporting
