Description: Our client is currently seeking a Hybrid HEDIS RN - Chattanooga

Length of Contract: Feb 2025 - May 2025
Client provides computer equipment

  Job Description:
  
  The individual will be responsible for managing requests for records, scheduling appointments at provider offices for retrieval, performing on-site retrieval of records at practice group locations, and reviewing and abstracting specific medical record data related to HEDIS hybrid measures. Records will be obtained through scanning, copying, office EMR systems, downloading on secure encrypted IronKey, or other electronic means. After a thorough and accurate review, the data will be entered into a HEDIS software system. The individual will represent BCBST in a professional manner.
  
  Qualifications & Requirements:
  
  • Active RN license in the state of Tennessee
  • 2+ years of nursing experience
  • HEDIS experience
  • Willingness to travel regionally
  • Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong telephone and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Professional appearance, a current valid driver's license, and reliable transportation
