Join our client's team as a temporary HR Assistant supporting the HR Manager at their prestigious school in Baltimore, MD! Don't miss this opportunity to make a difference in education while advancing your career!

About the Job:

• Provide general administrative support to HR with regards to offer letters, onboarding, and new employee orientations.
• Assist with recruitment efforts and drafting/posting job descriptions.
• Maintain calendars and manage scheduling of various training programs.
• Ensure compliance in regards to background checks and other policies.
• Assist with projects/programs and complete additional tasks as needed.

About You:

• 2+ years of HR related experience are required.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and an HRIS system.
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable exercising discretion with confidential information and working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Position:

• $23/hr-$26/hr, depending on experience.
• Temporary through January.
• Starting ASAP!
• Potential for assignment to extend.
• 100% onsite in Baltimore, MD.
• Free parking!
