Team is in need of someone to alleviate onboarding tasks and responsibilities. This will include pre hiring communication, ordering welcome kits, start date introduction call and an onboarding call in week 1. This person will work closely with the leadership team and training and education teams to ensure a successful experience for every new hire.

1.Organizing all onboarding processes for every new hire brought in over the next 12 months

Years' Experience Required: 2-5
Education Required: Requires a University Degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
Hours per week: Could flex between 20-40 depending on volume of new starts
